Hafa Virtual Coins Purchase Terms

Please carefully read these Virtual Coins Purchase Terms ("Terms") before purchasing or using Virtual Coins in the Hafa application ("Hafa"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. About Virtual Coins

Hafa provides Virtual Coins as digital items that allow users to access optional digital features, virtual items, and other services available within the Hafa application.

Virtual Coins are only for use within Hafa and:

• Do not represent real money or monetary value;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency;
• Cannot be withdrawn or redeemed outside Hafa;
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between user accounts.

2. Purchase Process

Users may purchase Virtual Coins through payment methods supported by Hafa and applicable app store platforms.

Payments completed through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed according to the applicable payment rules, terms, and policies of those platforms.

After successful payment confirmation, purchased Virtual Coins will normally be added to the user's Hafa account.

3. Use of Virtual Coins

Virtual Coins may only be used for digital features and services provided within Hafa.

Users must not use Virtual Coins for unauthorized commercial activities, resale, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or Hafa policies.

4. Purchase Confirmation and Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for confirming purchase details before completing a transaction.

Users should protect their Hafa account and payment account information.

5. Refund Policy

Because Virtual Coins are digital products delivered after successful purchase, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, consumer protection requirements, and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using unauthorized payment methods;
